Role Summary:
3LED Group is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving & Packaging Specialist to manage the critical final stages of our production cycle and oversee inbound/outbound logistics. In this hands-on, cross-functional role, you will ensure that our high-end LED lighting fixtures are meticulously packaged, accurately documented, and safely shipped to global clients.

This position is ideal for an organized logistics professional looking for broad exposure to advanced manufacturing supply chains, with ample opportunities to grow into inventory management, procurement, or logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Final Packaging: Package finished LED lighting fixtures and subassemblies securely, ensuring fragile components are protected for transit according to company standards.
  • Shipping & Logistics: Prepare domestic and international shipments, generate shipping labels, verify weights/dimensions, and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight).
  • Receiving & Inspections: Unload incoming materials, verify shipments against packing slips, inspect for damage, and log incoming inventory into the system.
  • Quality & Verification: Conduct final quality checks before sealing packages to ensure customers receive the exact configurations ordered.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping dock environment.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or manufacturing logistics preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with shipping software (e.g., FedEx ShipManager, UPS WorldShip) and basic inventory/ERP systems is a strong plus.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in checking part numbers, quantities, and shipping addresses.
  • Physical Aptitude: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and safely operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks.
  • Team Player: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with production, engineering, and customer service teams.
