Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager - Lighting Brands is an execution-oriented marketing operator supporting sales growth, channel development, and customer engagement. This role focuses on sales enablement, campaign execution, partner programs, and local marketing initiatives. It is not a corporate strategy role.
Core Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement & Collateral:
- Develop product sheets, case studies, and presentations.
- Support quoting and proposal materials.
- Maintain website content and product updates.
Channel & Partner Marketing:
- Coordinate trade shows and industry events.
- Support partner outreach programs.
- Execute email campaigns and follow-up programs.
Campaign Execution:
- Implement targeted outreach initiatives.
- Coordinate with central marketing for CRM integration.
- Track campaign performance and report results.
CRM Discipline:
- Ensure marketing-generated leads are properly captured.
- Maintain clean data entry standards.
- Support Salesforce reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years in B2B marketing, preferably lighting, interior design, industrial or manufacturing.
- Strong execution skills (collateral, email campaigns, events).
- Comfortable working closely with sales teams.
- Practical, hands-on mindset.
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Comfortable working on-site in a manufacturing environment.

- Not a brand architecture role.
- Not a corporate communications role.
This is a practical, embedded marketing execution role.
